We’re looking for a talented UX designer to join our team in building out a product that you would love to use yourself.

Responsibilities:

• design and specify user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques
• create wireframes, flows and other artifacts to communicate and document designs
• prepare, organize and execute user research
• communicate research results to the team
• perform metrics analysis to inform design/UX optimization efforts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• portfolio/work samples that showcase experience designing web-based products and conducting user research
• experience in planning and facilitating user testing and research (both qualitative and quantitative)
• experience using analytics tools (Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing to optimize products
• a solid understanding of UX design principles
• excellent analytical and communication skills (our team is international – good English is a must!)
• desire to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• BS or higher in HCI or Psychology is a plus
