UX Consultant 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills allowing them to effectively work with senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult discussions with the team. You will be connecting dots between people and processes, running workshops, designing digital solutions. You will identify complex business challenges and discover users’ needs. In a complex world of business, market and technology you will be the voice of users.  

YOUR ROLE

• Connecting business and user needs into most optimal experience design solution 
• Focusing on strategy, long-term goals and communication 
• Participating in sales activities including proposal development 
• Planning, conducting, and leading client co-design sessions, design sprints, design workshops, and project meetings 
• Defining or advising teammates on UX approach for the project 
• Proactively looking for the opportunities to drive design change inside and outside the company 
• Contributing to product discovery process  
• Planning and conducting user research, analysing findings and running usability tests 
• Creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications 
• Designing different types of applications (b2c and b2b applications, enterprise solutions) 
• Estimating UX project efforts and managing workload 
• Working as mentor and coach for colleagues 
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote and evangelize importance of design within company 
• Sharing emerging design, technology, industry, regulatory and market trends to the team or community 

 YOU ARE THE ONE, IF YOU HAVE 

• At least five years of experience in UX Design, Service Design or similar area 
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills that allow to effectively work with senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult discussions with the team 
• Excellent skill of communicating in the English language (C1+) 
• Experience in facilitating on-site and remote design/discovery workshops 
• Leadership skills 
• Courage to speak up and challenge a client or your teammates 
• Can-do approach 
• Experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team 
• Ability to generate ideas of solutions, mockups, user flows and diagrams on the fly 
• Ability to design lo-fi mock-ups (hi-fi is a plus) 
• Understanding of capabilities and limitations of current Web technologies and mobile trends and technology 
• Understanding and experience in research methods, design techniques and user testing 
• Understanding and empathy to business stakeholders needs
