You will join a diverse and collaborative team of researchers and designers who work on our new flight planning product Lido Flight 4D that is one of the most effective flight planning solutions worldwide.

The User Research and Design Team has been established around 3 years ago and it includes UX Designers, User Researchers, and Instructional Designers. Since then, we have succeeded to introduce a structured research and design approach. Researchers are ensuring we understand user needs and translate them into actionable insights to be used by the product teams. We design and conduct research during all phases of new product development, from discovery workshops, through prototype testing to evaluation of the developed system.​

Why do we need you?

We conduct mainly qualitative research and we are looking for a person who would strengthen our team’s quantitative research capabilities. You would be responsible for:

  • Proposing processes to conduct quantitative research,
  • Designing and executing quantitative studies,
  • Analysing results of quantitative research, working on observations together with research team and stakeholders,
  • Reviewing the tools and proposing to select the most appropriate one for our purpose,
  • Generating insights that shapes the way how product development teams set strategic objectives,
  • Contributing to the research strategy,
  • Collaborating closely with qualitative researchers, designers and other stakeholders in product development and contribute to product development.

Who are you?

Your profile:

  • Advanced degree, either Masters or PhD, in either Cultural
    Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences, Communication or related discipline,
  • 2+ years in applied product research,
  • Qualitative and quantitative research skills,
  • Data analysis and visualization skills,
  • Usability testing skills,
  • Experience in UCD and agile,
  • Experience working with large-scale data in multi-method studies,
  • Tools: MAXQDA, Power BI, other apps needed for quantitative research,
  • English – full professional proficiency.
