Experience collaboration: You will be a part of the User Experience, Business Modelling and Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (e.g. interaction designers, software developers, product managers) and domain experts (e.g. manufacturing, legal, automotive) in an international context.
Drive design thinking: You will build up and support the Bosch UX network. You will contribute to strengthen the design thinking culture within the Bosch IT environment.

- Ability to moderate strategy / innovation / business process analysis workshops
- Willingness to grow both as UX Researcher and Service Designer
Experience and Know How:
- At least 2 years of working experience in user-centered development of products and services as UX Researcher or Service Designer
- Proficiency in a variety of user research and testing methods, as well as conducting workshops (at least: individual in-depth interviews, usability tests)
- Experience in conducting workshops, e.g. scoping workshop, requirement gathering workshop etc.
Qualifications
You will:
- Work in IT projects as UX Researcher and/or Service Designer
- Conduct user research to uncover user needs and pain points
- Understand, analyze and map complex customer journeys and as-is processes
- Create deliverables such as service concepts, blueprints, research reports, to-be processes, and others
- Conduct usability tests of prototypes and digital products and other validation research activities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, Service Owners and other roles
- Organize and moderate co-creation workshops with stakeholders
Languages: High level English language proficiency required; proficiency in German is nice to have
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology or a comparable field of study
