The Centre, located in Gdańsk, will function as a hub for innovation and develop state-of-the-art business and technology solutions to help us navigate the future. And we want to do that together with you. For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a:

User Experience Researcher – to help us build a NEW Logistics Solutions

Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to)

• Working collaboratively with developers and designers all around the world
• Building research strategy, research repository, research roadmaps and frameworks
• Running independent research on multiple aspects of how users engage with our digital systems
• Collecting and analyzing user behavior via qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability studies, interviews, and surveys
• Perform ongoing research into UX design best practices and update UX design tools and practices as appropriate
• Educate product teams in user research and UX design
• Presenting research findings through verbal presentations and written reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a user experience researcher or in similar role
• Deep understanding of user-centered design practices and principles
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, e.g. user interviews, contextual inquiry, web analytics, usability testing
• Ability to present your working results to various stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Curiosity and drive to continually improve our products, processes and team
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in an international and multicultural organization

The perfect candidate can also demonstrate some of the following:

• Experience in UX Design for enterprise software
• Experience in working in self-organized agile teams using, e.g. Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in working in an virtual, international team and in an international, multi-cultural environment
• Working experience or knowledge of international logistics context
• Polish and German language skills are welcome
