You’ll be responsible for making sure that the verifications of features and products we’re making are faster by analyzing the market, making customer journeys and product experiments, talking with customers, gathering insights and testing different solutions with them.

You will be a member of a user research team of one and you’ll be working closely with many product teams in order to help them understand the customers, problems they have and, eventually, creating better products.

By taking care of the UX research needs of several teams and products, your work will never get dull as each product faces different challenges you’ll need to identify and pass on.

Your skills:

• You’re passionate about user-centered design, customers and creating an online product that’s delivering a purpose and value for them;
• You’re customers’ advocate and you act as a liaison between users and product teams;
• You’re experienced with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and synthesizing gathered data into solutions;
• You can drive a research process by yourself, from identifying an exploration area, through planning research and getting a product team involved in it, to drawing conclusions and suggesting prioritized solutions;
• You’ve conducted many remote research sessions and usability tests with customers in English – both before and after the solution was released;
• You’re an analytical thinker and can synthesize and communicate ideas;
• You’re very communicative, you can explain user behavior, expectations and ideas to the team and you can conduct team discussions;
• You’re self-organized, disciplined and experienced with working as a user research team of one;
• You’re fluent in written/spoken English.
