UX / UI DESIGNER – KRAKOW

We are currently looking for a creative UX / UI designer (experienced in mobile and web) to join our Product Team to help us develop amazing features and products to grow our platform. Responsibilities and goals:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with business teams and developers
• Building wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design
• Designing graphic user interface elements (defining visual elements, product elements, and overall design)
• Evaluating and setting best practices and standards
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
• Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams
• Preparing detailed descriptions of new features/products for Development Team
• Conducting user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Managing work, time and projects in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time and project-management skills
• A very good command of English
