IDEALLY, YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Centered Design or equivalent faculty. Postgraduate degree in User Experience domain is a plus
• At least 3 years of proven experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Project management and vendor management know-how
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in Agile environment
• Portfolio showcasing UX process and methodologies applied in projects
• Experience in Analytic tools

RISE TO CHALLENGE

• Take business requirements and translate them into UX project.
• Take responsibility for conducting user research.
• Gather requirements, analytics and documentation.
• Prepare and present research report to stakeholders.
• Develop personas and journeys to design and support holistic customer experience.
