• Provide UI/UX consulting to customers: create information architecture, prepare wireframes and visual design mockups, conduct user tests.

• Analyze business needs, scope, requirements docs and create Information Architecture.
• Assist in the process of defining the clients business needs
• Create personas, task flows and define user stories. Analyze user needs analysis and develop scenarios
• Prototype and design User Interface for Web, Desktop and Mobile Apps
• Prepare compatible images, sources or guidelines for development team
• Assess client’s existing applications and provide improvements recommendations
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders. Provide project scoping, planning and estimation
• Build project vision and effectively communicate it with client
• Continuously improve professional skills breadth and depth
• Keep track on User Experience, Usability and related trends
• Develop and execute trainings for end-users

• Master degree in Design, Computer Science or similar

• At least 1 year IT experience
• At least 3 years in user experience and interaction design
• Solid working experience of key design tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience in working in agile environments and methods
• Be self-motivated, analytical and able to make logical decisions

• English intermediate level or higher
• Knowledge of basic Usability and UX principles and approaches (HCD, ACD)
• Knowledge of modern UI design approaches for Desktop, Web and Mobile
• Understanding of modern front-end technologies (e.g. Ajax, html 5, RIA)
• Knowledge of prototyping and design tools (Adobe, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.)

Salary ranges:

• 4000 – 12000 PLN gross (depends on actual skills and professional experience)
