Needaschool.com is an online interactive portal designed to help any prospective student with finding the most suitable language school or private tutor for them.

We would like to expand our team by locating professionals with excellent knowledge of User Experience and User Interface Design.

Responsibilities:

• Produce necessary UX/UI artifacts like Wireframes and Mockups
• Analyse the business and user requirements and to issue of their prototype.
• Develop new, innovative and efficient concepts through sketching
• Performing customer interviews, a/b testing, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery
• Analyse metrics and optimization and a work knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel and other analytical tools
• Collaborate closely with team

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience as a web designer.
• Knowledge of UX/UI processes
• Experience using Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Marvel or ANY OTHER similar tools for prototyping and sketching.
• Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Knowledge of XHTML, CSS
• Understand the principle of Responsive design
• Be friendly with iOS and Android native design

Desirable:

• A passion for clean, functional and outstanding design
• The ability to draw hands in different graphic techniques (including graphics tablet)
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good English
• Desire to learn more about Information Architecture, Market Research, Interaction Design, Usability and Visual Design
• Understand or write HTML/CSS code
