We have now an opening for a Creative/UI Team Lead who will join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the user interface design for Fiserv products in partnership with marketing and product team;
• Define visual language for all products from the International Payment Platform ecosystem;
• Decide on final design to be implemented for our solutions from web, mobile and payment terminal areas;
• Decide on the right technology stack, propose newest toolset to achieve more, better and faster;
• Contribute to the Crystal Design System and shared design library;
• Craft and evolve designs within visual system and standards;
• Hire, mentor and manage a team of UI Designers that is well-balanced across the different design skill sets so can deliver beautiful interfaces for payment industry users;
• Generate creative ideas in order to constantly increase quality and challenge “as is” state;
• Communicate your team’s goals across organization and connect related areas of IPP so that efforts can be align and solutions identified quickly;
• Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, prioritization, building a culture of visual excellence and attention to details.

Requirements for this role:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in user interface design in product-oriented organization or agency;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• BA/BS or advanced degree in the interaction design, art, industrial design or related fields;
• Expert knowledge about current application landscape, modern design principles and best practices;
• Outstanding portfolio of works designed or managed;
• Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions;
• Demonstrated visual design talent, strategic thinking, and attention to detail;
• Experience in leading a team as team leader or art director;
• Ability to lead product direction and strategic thinking with the experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and taking decisions based on the impact to people and the company;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Hands-on experience with building or maintaining Design System.
