We are Growbots – a proud member of 500 Startups, one of the best startup accelerators in the U.S. We are a Warsaw/San Francisco-based startup whose core mission is to automate the sales development process, using our proprietary A.I. We believe that we can harness the infinite power of machine learning to revolutionize the world. Only recently we have been featured in media across the world, eg. in Forbes and Inc.

Today we are looking for a UI Designer to help us make our product even more awesome! Why should you join us?

As UI Designer you will take ownership for:

  • preparing designs and prototypes on various detail levels from rough sketches to pixel perfect interfaces
  • developing UI guidelines
  • enhance existing interface with new layouts, graphics and content
  • quickly produce appropriate assets needed by the development team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI designer role
  • Ability to manage time vs quality problem
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills


Nice to have:

  • HTML / CSS Knowledge
  • Ability to work with brandbook and design brand asstets
  • Basics of UX
  • Experience in designing complex ERP, CRM, transactional apps interfaces
