Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Product Researcher who is looking for a new career move and would like to participate in further defining and evangelizing user research in our company. And to have an impact on existing projects and long-term strategic research.

  • Research and define strategic product opportunities and second horizon UVP as well as leverage industry, market, and technology trend data, and share them with working teams and business units.
  • Maintain and develop existing UVP Framework,  product’s single source of truth (Use cases, Painpoints, Desired outcomes, Competitive advantages, Competitors landscape, Buyer personas, ROI/KPI) by consolidate product insights (market, existing customers, Growth Team, Customer Success Team)
  • Build user-centric stories advised by market analysis, customer feedback, and user research insights that go to market every month. You’ll interact directly with customers to understand their challenges with the product / UX and adapt designs to better meet their needs.
  • Plan, estimate and deliver research on complex and ambiguous user needs where the space may not be well defined or understood yet
  • Test design solutions for existing constructs that may not be well understood
  • Influence stakeholders and gain consensus for product strategy and milestones, building visual and other artifacts to assist key decision making.
  • Effectively present research insights to diverse stakeholder audiences through written reports and presentations
  • Work closely with multiple key stakeholders to identify the problems and business goals that your research will address
  • Collaborate closely with other Product Team members and Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, L&D Advisory Teams (with Group Product Manager as your leader)

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with:

  • 4 years professional experience in Product Design or Research (at least two years in a research focused role) role in B2B software company, with strong research experience in B2B Enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience with data informed decision making, including competence with market research, market intelligence, competitive assessment, revenue analysis, and usage metrics.
  • Experience gathering and understanding business strategy, and find the right balance between user and business needs
  • Demonstrable knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, evaluation techniques and analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to pinpoint the important information within a sea of data
  • Problem solving skills that enable you to ask meaningful questions, conduct and analyze user research, and scope design opportunities
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies that deliver into software development lifecycle
  • Comfort and confidence leading group activities, and communicating decision making that cascades across platform
  • Strong team player attitude, communication and feedback skills
  • Fluent Polish and C1 level of English.
  • A real “Can Do” attitude which continuously drives you to proactively take initiative and test new approaches
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
