VISUAL DESIGNER (UX TEAM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Visual Designer, you will take part in shaping Syncron’s flagship product by co-creating our own Design System and providing innovative new product concepts together with a team of various UX Specialists. We are looking for skilled graphic designer with deep UX knowledge in data visualization topic and motion creating skills. You will become part of the product development team, collaborate closely with Designers, Researchers, Writers, Developers and Product Owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and developing useful, meaningful visual designs with the Syncron look & feel that helps users complete the task at hand and delight them.
• Translating wireframes into screen-by-screen designs.
• Developing concepts for early stage products in terms of visual design.
• Collaborating in setting the vision for visual design and drive cohesive product visual style across multiple platforms and touch points.
• Help coordinating implementation, improve design tools and processes and generally lend a hand as needed to produce world-class software and service.
• Communicating and explaining design choices across internal teams in the iterative process of creating the final product
• Act as a subject matter expert for visual design. Provide feedback on writing and design.
• Know the basics of user experience design, user experience writing and frontend development. Understand the gestalt that informs the visual design you’re creating.
• Collaborating with UX designers, UX writers, product owners, service owners and developers to define requirements related to visual design.
• Manage projects and stakeholders of the product visual design.
• Advocating for users while understanding product and business goals
• Providing user data-informed insights to improve existing experiences.
• Design, maintain and improve the visual style guidelines for the UI components.

REQUIREMENTS

• A proven professional experience in designing online products, both for desktop and mobile, grid systems, motion. Brand identities design is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate design decisions.
• Awareness of technical constraints and limitations in designing for various platforms like desktop and mobile.
• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a limited time.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary team of UX and non-UX specialists.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
• Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
• Experience in working with User Experience – related projects.
• Proficient in Sketch, Axure, InVision and chosen motion design tool (Adobe After Effects, Flinto…).
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
