To support our expansion, we are looking for:

Senior UX/UI  Designer

Wrocław

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing and building structure of information based on user needs
• Gathering knowledge and requirements from executives
• Delivering high-quality UI designs, ready to be taken by the development team
• Analyzing customer needs, users motivations, and behaviors and implement this knowledge into the product
• Presenting and communicating your designs and deliverables to peers and executives

We expect you to have:

• Understanding of  best practices, the latest industry standard in terms of UX and UI
• Solid knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications and mobile apps)
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Deep knowledge of information architecture
• Expertise with design tools, especially Adobe Suite
• Accuracy and diligence
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• At least 3,5 years of experience working with digital products
• Experience working with software developers
• Basic CSS/HTML knowledge
