You are the perfect candidate for this position, if:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role and demonstrate strong expertise in user-centered design and research methodologies
•  You work in an established design process that allows you to solve complex users problems and align your design decisions with business requirements
•  You have strong experience in designing complex digital products and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product owners, software engineers and business stakeholders
• You have strong experience with agile methodologies and feel comfortable with iterative work
• You have great communication skills and use them for explaining your design ideas and promoting a customer-centric approach
• You are a natural team player and see value in collaborative work but also you are the leader who influences others
• You have high Figma proficiency and learn easily new design software tools
•  You have strong experience with creating and developing design systems
• You know English well enough to communicate if there is such a need
• You have a portfolio that showcases a variety of ux-related skills and the process behind the final design

Extra:

• Knowledge about the gaming industry and being a gamer isn’t a must but will be highly appreciated
•  Experience with designing for e-commerce marketplaces will be also a plus

Challenges and responsibilities in this position:

•  Gathering and evaluating business requirements to define the scope of your design tasks and kpi’s
• Working with UX researchers on strategic research initiatives
•  Executing product strategy by creating ideas for new features and improvements of existing ones
•  Creating process flows, information architecture, interaction designs, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new and existing product features
• Being a mentor for junior designers and helping them to grow and develop their skills
• Contributing to our zenith design system
•  Working as a partner to product owners and business stakeholders and building product strategy and roadmap together with them
• Growing customer-centric approach and ux maturity of the company by sharing your extensive knowledge about users’ needs, behaviors and motivations
