Senior UI/UX Designer

Your role

  • Maintain focus on our customers’ needs as you design how we solve their most important problems
  • Take business requirements to actionable development plans using visuals, specs, user stories, etc
  • Showcase simple design solutions for complex problems using UI models, conceptual diagrams, user stories, wireframes, storyboards, visual mockups, and simple prototypes that can be easily handed off for development
  • Clearly articulate design work and rationale to teams, peers, and executives for review and feedback
  • Translate designs and UX improvements into functional HTML & CSS
  • Help maintain and improve our design pattern library component, principles, patterns
  • Apply and manage the design process appropriately in all of your tracks of work

Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with design thinking / human-centered design
  • Ability to create interactive experiences with wire framing and prototyping software (Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision, Adobe Suite)
  • Ability to write production ready HTML and CSS, understanding of responsive design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Fluent English

„Nice to have” requirements

  • Ability to extract complex concepts and quickly turn around rigorous flows and mockups reflecting a range of options
