Senior UX Service Designer who will innovate healthcare

We do #Code4life creating innovative software that helps doctors, patients and scientists around the world.

We need Senior UX Service Designer who has:

• bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Data Science, Behavior Science, Market Research, or related discipline;

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Designer or/and UX Researcher or/and UX Designer (ideally both);

• excellent communication skills to lead complex discussions, research sessions and workshops (Design Thinking and others), and present feedback.

• experience with qualitative research methods including user interviews, direct observation, ethnography, contextual inquiry, diary studies, etc.hands-on experience in Service Design tools and frameworks such as Persona, Journey Maps, and Service Blueprint.

• good understanding of UX design standards and trends

• critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• provide guidance in user needs-based design, design research, design thinking, and service design to senior stakeholders and product owners.

• ensure design consistency and integrity across products and projects.

• drive innovation and affect change to enable our clients to provide outstanding service experiences.

• communicate credibly with a wide range of digital delivery disciplines and talent both internally and externally.

• very good consultancy and communication skills, self-organized, great interpersonal

• fluency in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients),
