We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher – External (contract based)We are building a team of external consultants to join Movade family. We would like to invite the very bests to a contract-based cooperation. Every consultant will be a face of Movade – we prefer transparency (no white-label solutions).As Movade, we create, research and consult the development of technological products for partners from around the world. We create solutions in the areas of e-commerce, business intelligence and consumer applications. We work permanently with startups, financial institutions and large organizations.
Our strength is the creation of well-thought-out concepts and their effective, iterative implementation.
We are looking for a person to cooperate in organizing and conducting various forms of research. If inquisitiveness is your strong point, you treat all information as design hypothesis, and the synthesis and presentation of applications comes naturally to you, join us and develop Movade with us. You will have a real impact on the business of our clients and the experience of their users.
To our office in Gdansk, Poland we are looking for the Senior UX Researcher. Remote work is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Being a Research Leader, a can-do attitude with bias for action
- Conducting qualitative research (IDI, observations, usability tests, etc.)
- Managing a group of researchers
- Moderating workshops (i.e. parts of a Design Sprint)
- Working with tools for remote testing and testing (Lookback, UserTesting)
- Managing data and analytical tools (HotJar, Analytics, MixPanel or related)
- Identifying and analyzing business requirements and end-user needs
- Visualization of the proposed concepts as sketches is a nice to have
What we require:
- Practical knowledge of research techniques
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to work with business
- The ability to present solutions to the client and team
- The ability to conduct research and strategic workshops will be an advantage
