What you will be doing:

• Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
• Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
• Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and quantitative methods
• Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
• Conduct users’ satisfaction study: design and program surveys& statistical analysis of results
• Work cross-functionally with design, product management, engineering and local marketing teams
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in applied product research
• Command of a set of qualitative and user-centered design methods
• Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
• Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions
• Comfortable in translating research findings into insights actionable recommendations
• Fluent in English and Polish to be able to do analysis and fieldwork independently
• Educational background in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, Product Design, or a related field
