Your future company:

The company delivers a digital change of service and sales journeys to bring tangible business value and excellent customer experiences. Now they look for another talent to join their team of Digital Design experts who, together with the Customer Experience team, design digital solutions for the largest European companies.

You will:

• be creating a structure of usability tests and testing (UCD approach)
• have a huge impact on the final shape of the projects
• cooperate closely with people (IT delivery teams included)
• be running workshops with the client and using Design Thinking Methodology

What you need is:

• at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• fluent German, and communicative English (nice to have: communicative Polish)
• experience in organizing a team’s work
• experience in independent project management
• great communication skills
