Lead UX Designer

  • What you’ll do:

    • Under the direction of the Business Analyst, you will hold the creative conceptualization and development of all experiential activations
    • Work collaboratively leading a small team of designers conceptualizing and creating the next generation of Digital Experiences, pushing the boundaries creatively and technically
    • Convert your ideas into highly usable and intuitive interfaces for simple engaging experiences
    • Make informed technical recommendations to designers
    • Work as part of the Brand team with research and development of creative briefs
    • Communicate design ideas through reference packs and by creating extensive guideline documents for advertising campaigns and wider projects
    • Deliver designs to the engineering team working in the Scrum methodology.

    What we’re expecting:

    • Minimum 3-4 years in a professional UX design environment
    • Extensive knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite and similar software (Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure)
    • Accessibility-related knowledge is a must
    • Working knowledge of responsive and adaptive technologies on multiple platforms including mobile devices
    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
    • Cultural awareness of landscape design with respect to current trends in digital
    • Excellent eye for photography, typography and layout, with great appreciation for simple, rich image, usable interfaces
    • Dedication and ability to work under pressure and not phased by tight deadlines
    • Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude.

    You’ll get bonus points if:

    • You have a portfolio that demonstrates sound product thinking through navigation, flowmaking, interaction design and information architecture
    • You have experience working on an iOS and / or Android App
    • You have experience working in agile
    • You’re fluent in the Queen’s speech.
