We are EL Passion, one of the leading software houses in Poland. Our passionate team specializes in designing and developing stunning web, iOS and Android apps for clients all around the world. Among others, we are proud to have supported Wirtualna Polska, GoldenLine, ZnanyLekarz, Estimote, Rightmove and RWE.

Selected person will be responsible for the UX aspect in the process of developing web, mobile apps and websites working closely with our designers and developers. We are looking for someone who will be able to work independently and optimise the quality of our product on every step of it’s production.

DUTIES:

• Conducting workshops, consulting clients and gathering information on product and business goals
• Producing competition analysis reports
• Creating initial product concept, list of functionalities, flow, wireframes, (low and high fidelity)
• Creating clickable prototypes
• Advising the client on optimal information architecture/flow/ wireframes
• Preparing and conducting usability tests for various stages of product development and recommending improvements based on findings
• Cooperation with developers and designers
• Generating ideas on how to improve the process of production

REQUIREMENTS:

• +4 years experience holding a similar role and a case study portfolio to prove it
• Experience creating wireframes in Axure/ UX Pin/ Sketch or other
• Experience working with UX Patterns
• Experience with the UX research and analysis tools. Ability to analyse and draw useful conclusions from statistics (Google Analytics, HotJar)
• Experience with preparing and conducting usability tests and recommending improvements based on findings
• Strong knowledge about UX Design, User Centered Design and Lean Startup as a process
• Being up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Finely tuned time management and working in a team
• Ability to easily grasp clients’ needs
• Very good command of English (C1)

APPRECIATED

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and/or other front-end web technologies
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tool
