Senior UX Designer

• Lead projects and plan the best methods to apply based on user and business needs.
• Create high impact UX solutions that meet real user needs in collaboration with other team members from the UX team, product management and engineering.
• Play a vital role in the product development process, from creating the vision and strategy for product features, to crafting the fit and finish of interface details.

You will be a member of a highly experienced team – UX Researchers, UX and UI designers. About the role:

As Senior UX Designer you will apply your skills in design and research methodologies to craft the strategy for UX initiatives, influence product direction, and define and manage the needed design tasks and collaboration and mentor other design team members. This role is ideal for a UX practitioner with a combination of design and research experience who enjoys driving and participating in the end-to-end UX process.

• Your peers trust you to define and deliver on your commitments. You are sought out by other members of the UX team.
• You have a strong knowledge of best practices and know how and when to adjust them as needed to meet project needs.
• Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business and user needs.
• Refining the current design system.
• Conducting research and interviews, getting to know the testing industry, analysis of competing systems.
• Gathering and evaluating requirements in collaboration with the product owner and project team.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Working as mentor and coach for colleagues

We are looking for you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Very good knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma is a plus)
• Ability to turn problems into user friendly & intuitive solutions that meet real user needs.
• Courage to speak up and a can-do approach. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team (developers, product managers, product owners, etc)
• Experience coaching other designers and contributing to process improvements and consistency across the organization.
