Few words about Syncron
Syncron was founded on the idea that after-sales service acts as a significant source of competitive differentiation, revenue, profits, and customer loyalty. Today Syncron provides world-class cloud-based solutions that enable leading manufacturing companies to optimize after-sales performance and support the transformation from operating a break-fix service business model to a subscription-based uptime service model.
Syncron started as a company in 1999 and has since then evolved into a software company providing highly specialized solutions on a global basis to companies like Volvo, Nissan, Daimler, Hitachi, Kubota, CNHi and similar. Syncron’s solutions are leading in its niche in after-sales and are sold to large multinational corporations in the manufacturing industry.

You will work through the entire development cycle: from gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, through the development of workflows and information architecture, creation of wireframes and prototypes to the validation of implemented solutions.
Your daily tasks:

- Translate complex concepts and requirements to easy-to-use and effective solutions.
- Design cross-platform (web & mobile) interfaces.
- Bring wireframes to life with interactive prototypes for validation with Users.

- Expert knowledge of web & native mobile application design methods, usability, navigation schemes, hierarchy & composition, information architecture, and current design trends/best practices.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), basic user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
- Experience in using design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, or similar (we use Axure & Figma).
- Proven history of creating wireframes, workflows, and information architecture for complex web enterprise solutions.
- Experience in organizing and conducting User research sessions (interviews, usability testing).
- Experience working directly with Product Owners, and the software development team across the entire development life cycle. Experience of working with agile software development will be a plus.

We offer:
- A possibility to be yourself in an informal, low-ego and open working environment where you can truly make a difference and enjoy working with positive, passionate and collaborative people, ready to share their knowledge with you.
- Scandinavian style and company culture with work-life balance and true care for your wellbeing.
- 100% remotely / hybrid / work from Warsaw office that is centrally located (Plac Grzybowski) – depending on your plans.
- Freedom to choose the employment type: employment contract vs. B2B model.
