SPOTIO is growing and seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help the translation of complex SasS platform interactions and requirements into elegant design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with our Product team to discover, define, and design experiences that will elevate our platform to the next level. We follow the agile scrum methodology and 3-week sprints. The ideal candidate will take a holistic, human-centered approach to design, advocate for our customer-centric processes, be a champion and active contributor to our Design System, uphold our high UX standards and help further the SPOTIO mission.
What you’ll do:
- Translate business requirements and complex design problems into intuitive and impactful solutions for mobile users
- Assist in design-related ideation of project and business goals with teammates and stakeholders
- Hand-off assets to development
- Be part of internal research and user interviews to understand the needs, pain points, and use cases of our customers
- Ideate multiple concepts and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Work at the intersection of design and development to translate product requirements into design specifications, user journey maps and workflows
- Design low-fidelity mockups and rapid prototypes for user testing and iteration
- Reports to the UX Lead Designer based in the USA
- Hybrid work (Gdansk, Poland)
Our Top Candidates have:
- 5+ years of experience in UI or Product design
- SaaS Company preferred
- Mobile experience preferred
- Keen eye for details, color use, typography, and consistency in design
- Strong portfolio with well-articulated examples of visual and interactive design
- Demonstrate advocacy for design and research methodologies, and proficiency in running quantitative and qualitative research, such as usability testing, analysis, interviews, and field studies.
- Experience using Figma. You will have to know how to work with it, utilize our Design Style Guide and Component Libraries.
- An ability to present and sell design solutions to various stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of and passion for user-centered design principles
- Experience designing user experiences, from mockups to functional prototypes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
