Responsibilities:

• Researching, developing and executing design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce solutions and mobile applications
• Creating and presenting interaction design concepts (wireframes), prototypes, and producing UI product libraries to communicate to-be design, functionality and features
• Engaging directly with consumers, designing concepts and prototypes to be tested, uncovering key unmet needs and rapid-prototype solutions to big problems. Translating those solutions to meet the needs of our merchant and financial institutions customers. Analyzing the results of testing and research and recommend winning design solutions
• Supporting and participating in rapid prototyping of ideas and solutions directly with consumers and product teams. Quickly designing and constructing visual concepts of ideas and learnings that we can prototype with consumers. Developing workflow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, and functional prototypes for testing.
• Taking care of usability and visual coherence of our digital products. Designing final views and assets for web and mobile solutions
• Cooperating with development, marketing and business teams
• Monitoring UX/UI trends and technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• BA/BS degree of social sciences, interaction design, HCI or related fields
• Relevant user interface design experience proven by extraordinary portfolio
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices, agile software development process,
• Knowledge of user research methodologies
• Highly proficient using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and prototyping tools such as UXPin, Axure, Zeplin
• Demonstrated visual design talent and attention to detail
• Skill in translating customer insights to ideas/concepts/products
