You will contribute by:

• Translating technical and business requirements into outstanding digital products that are valuable for our clients and their customers
• Planning and facilitating stakeholders workshops
• Planning and executing UX approach for the project
• Applying various Design Thinking methods and tools along different phases of a project
• Creating deliverables (mockups, flows etc.) in order to communicate design ideas to team and clients
• Working with multidisciplinary product team of Developers, Product Managers and QA Engineers
• Reviewing design outputs of team members and giving them constructive feedback

You are a good fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of hands-on professional digital product design-related work experience with complex web and mobile applications
• Have a portfolio that showcases commercial projects and explains your design process
• Have a strong knowledge of digital product/service design practices incl. DesignThinking and LeanUX
• Have proven track record of moderating kick-offs and co-creation workshops with stakeholders
• Feel comfortable as project leader as well as individual contributor
• Have proficiency in prototyping using tools such as Sketch, InVision
• Have proven track record of working with software engineering teams
• Have good command of written and spoken English (we work with clients from around the world). Polish is not required
