Since the start of our operations in October 2018 we have expanded into 50+ cities across 12 markets worldwide. TIER Mobility is headquartered in Berlin and our team has grown to more than 350 people.

THESE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design intuitive interfaces and interactions for products and services that make the most daunting tasks delightful
• Establish design patterns for our global TIER experience
• Work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams and partner with design peers, user researchers, product managers and stakeholders in a fast paced startup environment
• Provide solutions through understanding human needs and motivations but also the business requirements
• Use data and insights from user research to make informed design decisions
• Ensure consistency across all of our products & integrations and establish a state-of-the-art design system and language together with your design peers and UI developers

YOU’RE OFFERING THESE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of industry experience as a user experience- / product- / interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role, preferably for mobile applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX, Communications Design, a similar field or commensurate work experience
• You are a strong craftsperson who develops new concepts quickly and you bring fresh ideas to the team’s roadmap
• You can create clean, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and flows independently and work with sometimes ambiguous requirements
• You are highly empathic, inquisitive, curious and constantly seek better ways to do things and understand the world around you
• Ideally you bring a familiarity with qualitative and quantitative testing
• You are data-driven and pragmatic when you develop hypotheses, objectives and requirements for product initiatives
• Deep experience with common design tools like Sketch, Figma and prototyping tools like Invision, Framer, Principle, or similar
• A strong online portfolio with samples of your work and design process
