If you love working in a fun, vibrant office then look no further! No two days are the same and that’s exactly how we like it. Table tennis and drinks are regulars in the office and there is always something going on. We like to socialise outside of work too if that’s your thing! Working hours are flexible as long as you meet your targets.
The fun stuff you’ll actually be doing:
- Participate in meetings and workshops with founders and teams to understand business goals and requirements to shape the problems and define user needs
- Collaborate with teams by consulting and advising on UX and design best practices to help shape the product design
- Proposing simple but innovative solutions to complex interaction problems
- Developing information architecture, sitemaps and content recommendations
- Crafting wireframes, UIs and clickable prototypes of various fidelities
- Test and validating design concepts by considering user interviews, market analysis, usability measures and technical opportunities/constraints
- Iteratively improve live products based on the research findings, data and feedback from users and your team
- Shaping the culture of a fast-growing company which is always pushing the boundaries
- Mentoring and supporting each other to help improve the skills of the entire ucreate design team
What we need and what you should have or pretend to have until we figure out we were played:
- At least 5 years of professional experience with multi-discipline teams working commercial design projects or products
- An outstanding portfolio full with detailed examples of interaction design and their progress in both commercial websites and mobile apps (at least few products that are fully finished and available online)
- Solid UX background, proficiency in UI and branding; knowledge on platform guidelines and best practices; experience with agile and lean UX methodologies
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; good working understanding in user-centered design, testing, research, usability principles, techniques and methodologies
- The ability to conduct user testing with both online and onsite users
- Comfortable with using Figma and other design tools that make your work impactful
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in both verbal and written English – you will work closely with founders and team members in the UK and India
- Be friendly, reliable and professional at all times and capable building positive relationships with clients
- Amazing time management and organisational skills
- Fully independent and very proactive (we love great mentoring but we hate micromanagement)
What we need and what you have:

- Experience with agile and lean UX methodologies
- Experience in user testing, using online testing platforms, conducting interviews etc.
- At least one commercial project in your portfolio that is fully finished and available online or to download (App Store, Google Play)
- Great knowledge of design and typography principles and patterns
- Some experience in using Figma (or similar)

- You need to be located in Kraków, it’s not a remote position (but we do allow flexible working)
- Currently, there are five designers on the team, you’ll be the sixth
