Senior of User Experience & Design

 As a Senior of User Experience & Design you will have the opportunity to create world class product. You will work closely with engineering and product team to create a trustworthy and delightful user experience

You will be responsible for:

• developing user flows and experiences for desktop applications
• changing UX/UI in a product area
• maintaining coherence across different product teams
• preparating UX/UI concept (mockups, flows, integration in present product) for product
• inspiring redesigns in Brainly
• cooperating with Graphic Designers
• getting to the best user-wise product solutions by brainstorming with product managers
• maintaining Quality Assurance in design field
• pushing creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem.

If you have:

• min 2 years of experience managing interactive, design, or creative projects
• strong design portfolio with examples of well-thought out interactions and clear visuals across web applications (not just static websites)
• thorough knowledge of user-centered design, iterative development processes, and usability principles
• strong familiarity with design tools, graphic formats and user interface technologies
• a strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a very fast-paced environment
• excellent problem-solving skills
• exceptional organizational and analytical skills     
• experience in first-class internet startup will be an advantage,
