Job description

As a Senior Graphic & UX Designer you will have the opportunity to create world class product focused on our users. You will work closely with engineering and product team to create a trustworthy and delightful user experience

You will be responsible for:

• designing and developing graphic, user flows and experiences for desktop applications
• maintaining coherence across different product teams
• inspiring redesigns in Brainly
• getting to the best user-wise product solutions by brainstorming with product managers, developers and other designers
• maintaining Quality Assurance in design field
• pushing creativity, challenging status quo, and discovering new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem.

Qualifications

• solid experience as a graphic designer with good understanding/ use of best UX practices
• strong design portfolio with examples of well-thought interactions and clear visuals across web applications (not just static websites)
• thorough knowledge of user-centered design, iterative development processes and usability principles
• strong familiarity with design tools, graphic formats and user interface technologies
• a strong sense of focus and excellent attention to details while working in a very fast-paced environment
• excellent problem-solving skills
• ability to work in a team, persuade others to your ideas, challenge and inspire other members ot the team
