We’re looking for someone that can join our team and help us test some of the new ideas we want to bring into the world. The ideal candidate has experience in conducting extensive desk research, writing comprehensible reports, and working with hypothesis testing.

Your responsibilities

• Verifying hypothesis based on extensive desk research
• Conducting research based on the hypotheses and needs provided by our team
• Conducting desk research of our competition or similar ideas
• Conducting tests of our apps and demos
• Preparing reports of research, interviews, tests – analyzing the data, summarizing the results in relation to the hypothesis, drawing conclusions
• Organizing interviews and test sessions with the target group
• Working with our team in an iterative way

Role expectations

• 3 years of professional experience as a researcher or UX researcher (or experience conducting research and interviews for psychological, sociological, and anthropological needs)
• Native speaker or highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience in conducting desk research based on reports and scientific papers
• Experience in working with requirements, hypotheses, and research needs provided by clients
• Ability to select and recommend the appropriate type of research – quantitative or qualitative
• Ability to write comprehensible reports
• Experience in organizing research processes and tests with users on your own
• Experience in conducting research and tests related to the blockchain, NFT, and/or games users
• Experience in working with other team members – UX designers, developers, and PMs

Nice if you

• are a psychologist, anthropologist, or sociologist
• worked on a project related to NFT or blockchain
• have experience in conducting individual in-depth interviews and user testing
• have experience in testing just ideas and/or existing apps or their prototypes
• have experience in working on research for creating and developing technology
