About This Position

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for building and designing great experiences for our users. You will solve problems through conducting in-person tests to observe behavior. By identifying stumbling blocks you will iterate to create the best user experience inside our dashboard and on our website.

You will have the ability to make a tremendous impact on our company, customers and product and must be comfortable wearing multiple hats. We are looking for someone who’s creative, confident and passionate about delivering incredible user experiences. But most of all we are looking for a person that can have real impact on our team and platform.

Our Ideal Product Designer Should Have:

• Minimum 2 years of UI/UX work experience.
• Ability to create beautiful, simple and intuitive designs across various platforms.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards and sitemaps.
• Knowledge of Material design.
• Ability to work with engineering, marketing and other departments to execute as efficiently as possible.
• Knowledge about initiating and conducting in person tests to observe behavior patterns and suggest changes in an Agile manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high quality design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, trends, tools and patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Sketch.
