🚀 We’re looking for a Product Designer to drive a newly launched, web-based project. 🚀

Contract and compensation:

• B2B Contract – 15120 PLN monthly (90 PLN / Hour) + VAT;
• Duration: continuous, min. 1 year;
• Starting date: as soon as possible;
• This job is fully remote.

Your daily tasks on the job:

• Designing clean, accessible and functional web user interfaces;
• Gathering requirements and formulating desired outcomes;
• Drafting user journeys and establishing information hierarchy;
• Validating assumptions with frequently collected feedback;
• Cooperating with the development team on design implementation.

Desired qualifications:

• UI and UX design proficiency, proven by a portfolio of past commercial projects;
• At least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry;
• Ability to quickly prototype, gather feedback and iterate;
• Advanced working experience with Figma design tool;
• English proficiency (C1 level);
• Great remote work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Would be great if you were:

• Familiar with web design and development methodologies;
• Proactive, critical thinker suggesting solutions on your own;
• Fluent in design thinking and a proponent of design systems.

How the recruitment process will look like:

• Evaluation of your CV and portfolio;
• Interview (1-2 hours long) with a fellow designer, including going in depth over one of your past commercial projects, decision making and work methodology;
