Who are we?
Shortlist is a San Francisco based, workforce management platform focused on the freelancer economy. Founded in 2015, currently working with hundreds of customers globally including L’Oréal, GE, Microsoft.

What you’ll do:
– Work closely with Product Owners and clients on requirements, insights, and ideas for the product
– Shape the direction of upcoming features by preparing mockups and documenting them
– Work on improving the product, looking for insights, ideas and
– Support our engineering team, making sure that your vision will find its way to production
– Contribute to our design system, making sure that our app has a consistent, clean look

Who are we looking for?
– Min. 3 years experience in UX / Product design
– Full professional English proficiency
– Someone with a no-nonsense approach to product design – focusing on results rather than methods
– Experience in working on B2B, SaaS products a plus
