Your responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who can work in the team as well as take responsibility and work on an end-to-end solution on their own. In this role you will be involved in all areas of UX Design from research, through analytics, wireframing, UI design, prototyping to usability testing.

An ideal candidate has:

• 2-4 years of experience in the field of designing digital products backed by a portfolio
• Empathy skills – we want you to jump into our user’s shoes
• High sense of aesthetics – we value elegant design
• Presentation skills – you will be presenting your ideas to relevant team members and stakeholders
• Experience of working with a design system – we are developing one and we would like you to contribute to it as well
• Willingness to self-develop – as we grow as an organization we want you to grow with us
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Interest in Human Resources, Staffing will be an advantage
• Formal education in HCI, Psychology, UX, CS or relevant will be an advantage
• Experience in designing accessible solutions will be an advantage
