Ework Group is one of the leading HR companies in the Nordics and we are looking for a Product Design Intern to support the development of our own HR technology portfolio. Our technology is used by thousands of customers every day. You will have an opportunity to change the recruitment and vendor management industry by developing state of the art HR technology focusing on the recruitment and management of B2B contractors (e.g. consultants and staffing workers). Our technology is already used to manage thousands of contractors in multiple geographical markets and we are now looking forward to new markets. Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate individual starting their career in the field of User Experience/Digital Product Design. In this role you will be involved in all areas of UX Design from research, through analytics, wireframing, prototyping to usability testing. We hope this may be a really exciting possibility to kickstart your career in UX.

Requirements:
– UX Design portfolio showcasing at least one case study. We want to see your passion for UX Design and your work process – that can be anything like sketches, drawings, prototypes or other artifacts you can share and talk about
– Knowledge of any wireframing/prototyping tool, but Figma is preferred since we use it on a daily basis
– High empathy skills and ability to jump into our user’s shoes
– High sense of aesthetics and passion for elegant design
– Willingness to learn research methods, design principles, tools and business
– Good command of written and spoken English
– Interest in Human Resources, Staffing will be an advantage
– Formal education in HCI, Psychology, UX, CS or relevant will be an advantage
