Job description

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who will play an important role in defining design directions of our product and participate in every aspect of the product design lifecycle. The right candidate will have a significant impact on creation of intuitive and user-friendly software solutions. The person will participate in building UX/UI strategy for our SaaS product, focusing on customer needs and best practices in the field. The UX/UI Designer will partner closely with engineering, product, and business departments to find elegant and practical solutions to design challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Work on design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Communicate design ideas to different stakeholders
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes
• Research and stay up to date with design trends and with our competitors’ solutions
• Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately

Requirements:

• BS degree in design/human-computer interaction, or equivalent work experience
• Commercial work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar (portfolio required)
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience using design and prototyping tools, preferably Abstract, Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS capabilities
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
