Background
Ziflow is a startup building a SaaS product for agencies and marketing teams. The Ziflow founders are passionate about building and growing SaaS products for the marketing sector. They have successfully built software development and business operations teams in Poland.
The Role
This is a full-time, remote working role, so you can be based anywhere in Poland. You can work from your home office, shared office space, a coffee shop or the beach, as long as you get the job done. We believe strongly in work/life balance and encourage everyone to stay fresh and creative!
- Create simple, elegant, best-in-class user experiences for mobile and desktop
- Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
- Work collaboratively with our product team to deliver data-driven designs
- Define a consistent style throughout all products designs
- Provide a clear direction for development teams to ensure pixel perfect design
- Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts
- Help instill a design culture in the company as a whole — we want everyone to value and understand the role of design!
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience working in product design
- Experience with Sketch (preferred), Figma, inVision
- Self-motivated and disciplined striving for progress
- A great attention to detail and quality
- Thorough knowledge of the latest trends in UX/UI
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Ability to create animations and design transitions (e.g. Principle, Flinto)
- Experience in conducting UX research
