Ework Group is one of the leading HR companies in the Nordics and we are looking for a Product Designer to support the development of our own HR technology portfolio which is used by thousands of customers every day. You will have an opportunity to change the recruitment and vendor management industry by developing state-of-the-art HR technology focusing on the recruitment and management of B2B contractors (e.g. consultants and staffing workers). Our technology is already used to manage thousands of contractors in multiple geographical markets and we are now looking forward to new markets. We try to have an MVP mindset in everything we do and planning for growth is key.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who can work in the team as well as take responsibility and work on an end-to-end solution on their own. In this role, you will be involved in all areas of UX Design from research, through wireframing and prototyping to usability testing.

An ideal candidate has:

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of designing digital products backed by a portfolio
• Empathy skills – we want you to jump into our user’s shoes
• High sense of aesthetics – we value elegant design
• Presentation skills – you will be presenting your ideas to relevant team members and stakeholders
• Perfect command of Figma, Miro and Hotjar tools
• Experience in validating your ideas
• Experience in working with a design system – we are developing one and we would like you to contribute to it as well
• Willingness to self-develop – as we grow as an organization we want you to grow with us
• Good command of written and spoken English and Polish
• Experience in user research will be an advantage
• Interest in Human Resources and Staffing will be an advantage
• Formal education in HCI, Psychology, UX, CS, or relevant will be an advantage
• Experience in designing accessible solutions will be an advantage
