• Impressive work portfolio. Show us that you are passionate about designing great user interfaces for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• User-centered and business-focused mindset. We strive to create beautiful and functional products for our users while keeping the business goals in mind.
• Good craftsmanship. You should feel comfortable with the industry standard toolkit (Sketch, Invision, Adobe package) and be willing to constantly learn new things.
• Ability to put interfaces in motion. Prototyping is crucial when explaining ideas and we expect you to do so effectively, with tools of your choice (Principle, Framer or others).
• Excellent communication skills. We would like you to be open, honest and fluent when discussing your process, explorations and design decisions in cross-functional teams (in both Polish and English).
