Who are we?

Well, we’re Hocoos, the website creating Wizard (product of PayPro Global). It’s a super exciting time here as we are moving out of beta and preparing to introduce ourselves to the world! With that in mind, we are in the process of creating our UX team, and are looking for someone to join us at the ground floor and help us build something spectacular!

Who are you?

You’re creative, passionate, and take pride in what you do! You don’t mind voicing your opinion or showing us some initiative when needs be. Where other designers may see problems, you find solutions and discover new opportunities.

What have you got?

• 2+ years of experience in multiple apps & products, on top of the generic package of UX knowledge.
• Expertise in Figma. We want someone who knows all the tricks & tips and follow latest updates.
• Great communication skills in English.
• A portfolio of your work which highlights at least 2 cases of product problems you faced, and solutions used to overcome them.
• Acute analytical skills and superb attention to detail; after all, it’s the little details that make the biggest difference.
• An ability to see the bigger picture, recognize your contribution to it, and understand what is realistic for the product.

It’s nice (though not essential) if you have:

• A background in research or data analysis.
• An educational background in Fine arts / Architecture / Psychology / Nudge theory or similar disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite products.

What you’ll do:

• Extend existing brand style guidelines to create a new and exciting design system.
• Revise and improve pre-existing features, as well as creating brand new ones.
• Join the research process toward the creation and implementation of new apps.

• Create prototypes with advanced interactions, covering a wide range of scenarios.

• Collaborate with other members of the team, both locally and globally.
