Svitla Systems, Inc. is looking for a Product Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Poland. Our client is a pioneer in push notifications. Now they give the world’s leading brands the user-level data, engagement channels, AI orchestration, and services they need to deliver push notifications, emails, SMS, in-app messages, mobile wallet cards.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience designing interfaces using tools like Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
• Fundamental knowledge of design across all layers of color, layout, iconography, typography, and information architecture.
• Familiar with using design software to design and prototype interfaces. 
• Proven experience in designing and building a web application.
• Knowledge of Design Systems.
• Expertise in Accessibility.
• Expertise in Human-Centered Design and design thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers through the product development process.
• Map user flows to display the path someone takes to perform a task.
• Create high-quality visual and interaction designs that are initiative and solve customer problems.
• Build prototypes in Figma to communicate interactions and hand-off to engineers.
