Currently, for our client  –-an IT company we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of: Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities:            

• Ability to lead a team of 5-6 UX Designers
• Helping drive team building and collaboration
• Developing, improving and overlooking various UX processes
• Working with the Head of UX on creating and conducting UX strategy
• Liaising with other departments to help them understand the importance of UX and its impact on projects
• Delivering UX excellence that will contribute to an award-winning portfolio.
• Delivering constant contribution to the team and the company with a view to becoming the Global No. 1 Digital Marketplace
• Working on project quality by giving regular feedback to the team, proposing changes & improvements

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate & collaborate both internally and externally
• Understanding of the Design Thinking & UX terminologies
• Showing interest in psychology, user behavior and cognitive science
• Ability to improve one’s job performance
• Excellent knowledge of user tests (A/B testing, ethnographic research, FirstClick testing and others)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt accordingly with the growth of the company.
