You are the perfect candidate for this position, if:

•  You already have some experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
• You have good knowledge of user-centered design and/or research methodologies and you are eager to develop yourself in this area
•  You have great communication skills and use them for explaining your design ideas
•  You proactively ask for feedback and use it to improve your design ideas
•  You are a natural team player and see value in collaborative work
• You pay attention to detail and high quality of your final deliverables
•  You have decent Figma skills and learn easily new design software tools
•  You are familiar with design systems
•  You know English well enough to communicate if there is such a need
• You have at least one case study in your portfolio that showcases your ux-related skills and the process behind the final design

Extra:

• Knowledge about the gaming industry and being a gamer isn’t a must but will be highly appreciated
• Experience with designing for e-commerce marketplaces will be also a plus

Challenges and responsibilities in this position:

•  Gathering and evaluating business requirements to define the scope of your design tasks
•  Collaborating with ux researchers and data analysts to identify users’ needs and pain points
• Performing ux audits on existing products to identify usability issues or bugs that need to be fixed
• Creating process flows, information architecture, interaction designs, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new and existing product features
•  Supporting ux design team members in their current tasks
•  Participating in design feedback sessions to ensure your work meets requirements and ux/ui guidelines
• Working with ux team, product and business stakeholders to get mutual agreement on the final solution
