Junior UI/UX Designer

We are HTD – a fast growing IT company on a mission to build healthcare software that will solve meaningful problems for patients, clinics, payers, and the industry as a whole. We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and entrepreneurs. We are located in Łódź and New York City.

Essential Skills and Capabilities

  • 1-2 years of experience in creating visual design for product or e-commerce,
    documented with a portfolio of great projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends
  • Ability to create visual design basing on existing guidelines
  • Ability to translate wireframes into compelling visual design
  • Ability to explain your decisions to the team and clients
  • Proficiency in Sketch / Photoshop or similar tool
  • English language on a level that enables fluent communication with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work onsite full time in our office in Łódź (part-time work available for students)

Additional Assets

  • Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, user flows and diagrams
  • Experience in direct collaboration with developers
  • Interest in User Experience design methods
  • Knowledge of some other design tools (Illustrator, Principle, After Effects etc.)
  • Interest in Branding Design and Illustration
