About the company:
Batmaid.com is the UBER for home cleaning. Our internet platform helps people to find their maid at an affordable price.
After 4 years in operation, we’re a leader in the Swiss and Luxembourg markets, with more than 40’000 clients and 2000 maids in the entire Switzerland and Luxembourg. Due to rapid growth and plans to expand into new countries and markets we’re looking for a hardworking and passionate junior UI Designer.

Responsibilities:
Designing beautiful user interfaces that implement UX research and comply with business requirements
Working on design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle and multiple product releases
Making sure all versions of project UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately
Cooperating with the team (UX designers, developers, Product owner, etc.) to create high esthetic and graphical deliverables
We require:
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Related Degree or equivalent work experience as a UI Designer or Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of design and prototyping tools ( e.i. Sketch, InVision and Zeplin)
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to share your knowledge and improve internal processes
  • Availability to occasional travel to Switzerland
A plus:
  • Experience in animations and interactions
  • Good Sketch skills
  • Experience in crafting style guide, design systems
