Salary:

• 4500 – 9000 PLN net (B2B)
• 3300 – 6600 PLN gross (UoP)

🚀 What do you need to get this position?

• Basic experience in building products based on business goals.
• Some experience in validating business solutions.
• Practice in solving user problems.
• Knowledge of user research methods.

• Knowledge of current design trends.
• Knowledge of software good practices, and patterns in graphic design.
• Knack of esthetics and precision, as well as attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach.
• Knowledge of UX guidelines, ability to design mockups and build prototypes.
• Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous professional development.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients.
• Good knowledge of Polish (B1+ level) to communicate with the team.

• Theoretical knowledge in Lean Startup methodology.
• Experience with working in interdisciplinary teams in a startup-like atmosphere.

• You don’t just limit yourself to designing beautiful layouts, you solve real business problems.
• Designing products in an “A-Z manner” is what you’re looking for – you will not join the team “just for the workshops” or “to design just one functionality”. You are part of the whole design & development process.
• Collaborating with various internal development teams to satisfy product business strategies and user needs.
• Close cooperation with a scrum team to deliver world-class solutions.
• Leading workshops directly with the client to understand product goals  (we will teach you how to do that).
• Creating information architectures and user flows.
• Designing low and hi-fidelity wireframes and building prototypes based on them.
• Delivering highly functional, user-centered and beautiful interface designs.
• Testing the effects of your team’s work through manual acceptance tests.

• Full Cycle Product Development – we build dedicated teams for each stage of product development (prototype, MVP, product-market fit or scaling). Now you can boost your skills and potential working on the type of products that fit you best.
• Agile, Scrum & Lean Startup are not just buzzwords – no project managers, a scrum master in every team and iterative product delivery are standard at Boldare.
• Self-organization – there are no managers at Boldare, so the teams organize their work by themselves. You’ll be engaged in building the product roadmap, sprint planning, etc.
• Direct impact on the product and tech stack – our Scrum teams are responsible not only for performing tasks, but also for proposing design and technical solutions. You’re the expert here, so we trust in your tech recommendations.
• Clients are partners – we really care about our relationships with them and we cooperate as equal partners. There will be no proxies between your team and the client, so forget about waiting ages for the answer to a simple question. 😉
