Currently for Hemmersbach Poland and for the Requirements Engineering Team in Software Development and Processes Department we are seeking the following:

IT Applications Specialist – Requirements Engineer (UX)

Location: Bielany Wrocławskie

Your main responsibilities:

• Track and manage incoming change requests and ideas,
• Analyze together with the requester the actual requirements, specify them in prose/models/wire frames and hand them over to the development team,
• Test implemented changes including handover and training to the requester,
• Prepare the documentation of application(s),
• Work closely together with software developers and operational departments as direct interface.

Our requirements:

• Fluent English,
• University degree related to software development/UX or somehow related vocational education required,
• SQL basic knowledge required, PHP – helpful but not required,
• Interest in getting to know the exact requirements of the requestors and drive to analyze their exact needs,
• Self-organized and reliable working attitude,
• Very good communication skills (written/spoken).
